The Challenge

Clovis Nelson Realty needed a professional real estate website to present its services, featured communities, and buyer-seller resources in a way that reflected trust, accessibility, and a strong local market presence. The main challenge was organizing property-related services, community highlights, lead-generation sections, and company information within one platform without making the website feel crowded or difficult to navigate. Since the brand serves buyers, sellers, and general visitors looking for clarity and confidence, the design had to balance a polished visual appearance with easy access to key real estate information and conversion points. This required a flexible UI/UX and development approach to ensure the website remained structured, engaging, and effective in strengthening the brand’s digital presence.

Our Approach

Our strategy was to build a robust and adaptable website. We chose a reliable technology stack that could handle the complexity of an e-commerce platform while allowing for quick design iterations.

Platform Selection: We built the site using WordPress and WooCommerce for a powerful and scalable e-commerce foundation.

Design & Layout: We used Elementor for page building and implemented custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to achieve unique design layouts that went beyond standard templates.

Performance & Security: To ensure a smooth user experience, the site was optimized for speed with WP Rocket. We also implemented a custom WordPress security solution to protect the site from potential threats.

Core Functionality: We integrated form automation and a secure payment gateway to ensure all essential e-commerce functions, from browsing to checkout, were seamless and reliable.

The Results
