Our Project Process

Sincerity is our greatest strength! While developing websites that not only win beauty pageants but also provide outcomes for your company, we keep you updated.

An outline of our standard website design procedure is provided below. For the majority of our end-to-end website development projects, we utilize this fundamental strategy as a high-level guide, even if each customer is different.

1. Project Start-Up

The project will formally start after the contract link has been signed and the first 50% of the invoice has been paid.

2. Discovery Session

We will further define the brief to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your vision, if we have not already done so. This will guarantee that the final product meets all user requirements and business needs.

3. Analysis of Competitors

In order to ascertain our understanding of your industry, we conduct an exhaustive competitor analysis. This enables us to comprehend the strengths and weaknesses of your competitors, thereby enabling us to enhance our performance.

4. Approval of the sitemap

We will have a comprehensive understanding of the site's structure and the architecture of the pages as a result of the discovery session. As a result, we will generate a hierarchical sitemap that is prepared for your approval.

5. 3x Visual Presentations

By creating three different mockups of the site, we can ensure that the final product is an exact reflection of your preferences. Take note: these designs are for aesthetic purposes only; they do not pertain to any particular content.

6. Content Requirements

It is our recommendation that you contribute most of the text, given your expertise in the field. Depending on your level of confidence, we can provide copywriting services for an extra price if you feel the necessity.

7. Image sourcing

Wherever possible, we advocate using custom purpose-taken pictures. We understand, however, that this is frequently out of scope, so we can use our stock-image libraries as needed.

8. Full website development

At this point, the sitemap, design direction, and content should have all been agreed upon. This means that the full build and coding of the new website can now begin in Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or VS code.

9. Configure the Content Management System (CMS)

We integrate a back-end CMS into each of our sites so that our clients may easily manage their own modifications. This allows clients to easily add, remove, or change text, graphics, and goods.

10. Final Website Amendments

Once the final build is complete, we send it over for you to review and compile your final list of changes. We don't normally expect many changes at this stage because we've already set the brief.

11. Transferring or purchasing domains (if applicable)

We recommend that you move any existing names to our registrar service, Squarespace names. We also propose purchasing any equivalent variants of your domain suffix, such as.com,.co.uk, or.org.

12. Configure Domains

Once the domains are ready, we can redirect them and setup their Domain Name System (DNS) settings. This means that regardless of which domain is accessed, they will all redirect to the main site.

13. Google Analytics set up

Setting up Google Analytics is critical for analysing website traffic, activity, and trends. We can then use the data we obtain to make future enhancements to the site as needed.

14. Client Editor Onboarding

Just before the official go-live date, we'll schedule a session to show you how to add, edit, and remove material from your new site (if you want to).

15. Go-Live Date

Once every amendment have been finalized, we will determine a mutually agreed-upon scheduled implementation date. It's the big day: your new website is live and ready to wow!

16. [Optional] Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and PPC Ad Retainers

If necessary, we may schedule an additional meeting to go over our SEO and Google/FB Ad retainers. This will be determined by your overall digital strategy and how you want to increase visitors to the site.
